The relationship between vertical feet of water and PSI (pounds per sqaure inch) is:

VERTICAL FEET = PSI X 2.31

So, 1 PSI = (Vertical Feet)/2.31. Or in other words, 2.31' feet of water height is equal to 1 PSI.
