Subject Charge Controllers

Yes it is fine to run each pair of panels separately to the batteries with their own charge controller and their own disconnect. However, you do not have to do that if you do not want to - it is okay to wire dissimalar panels in parallel with each other. So, you can put the two 60 watters in series with each other which will add up to 24 volt and put the two 80 watter is series with each other and then parallel the two pairs. This is how you would wire four panels to 24 volt even if they were all four the same panels.

If you do not want to do this for some reason then you will have to use one
